Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have not downloaded or commercially used the generated assets

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have already downloaded and used the brand assets commercially
  • You have requested multiple refunds previously (abuse prevention)

  • No cancellation needed: Since there's no subscription, you won't be charged again after your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • Access to generated assets may be revoked upon refund

Exceptions

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees for both parties and take longer to resolve. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly through direct communication.
